Ingredient Information: Finely pulped fresh raw vegetables enhanced with a perfect combination of ripened fruit including apple, cranberry and / or blueberry, broccoli, carrots, spinach, bell peppers and lettuce.
Dogs have actually eaten vegetable material the whole period of their evolution and that’s a long time! Although cats are carnivores in the truest sense, they will also benefit from small quantities of vegetation in their diet. It follows that such vegetables, particularly leafy green vegetables should form a part of your pet’s diet as they contain many health promoting nutrients. Fruit is also important as it contains fiber, vitamins, enzymes and anti-oxidants.
Storage: This food should be kept frozen.
Preparation: A raw pet food diet has no preservatives and will spoil if left unrefrigerated for an extended period of time. To thaw, remove from bag, place in a container with a lid and allow to defrost in the refrigerator. Or this may be fed frozen. These nuggets will not keep their shape as they thaw, as they are blended to a pulp and then frozen. DO NOT microwave or cook! Excess food should be refrigerated for the next feeding or discarded.
